Having completed two years of practice in high respectable
Italian law firms - as required by the Italian forensic professional
regulations - and after some experience in an American Law
Firm, Remo Roscioni began developing his own office in 1978.
Today, six other fully qualified lawyers work full time at
Roscioni & Partners in Rome, and four lawyers in Milan,
in connection with a network of over one hundred firms of
professionals not only in Italy but also in most European
cities, Washington DC (USA), New York (USA), Sydney and Melbourne
(Australia).
In order to ensure the most efficient service possible, we
work with qualified consultants,
who are an integral component of our office structure.
Mr. R. Roscioni is an active member of the International
Bar Association (London) and has been a member
of the Asia - Pacific Lawyers Association (Seoul - Korea).
The N.A.T.O. at Bagnoli (Naples - Italy) has contacted Remo
Roscioni, with a proposal for professional collaboration.
The USA, UK, Australian and South Africa Embassies in Rome
have sought Mr. Roscioni's help or advice and include him
in their list of recommended attorneys.
Remo Roscioni is one of the co-founders of the Italian-Australian
Chamber of Commerce, and held the position of Vice
- President until 1990.
Remo Roscioni is member of the International and EEC Law Committee
of the Rome Bar Association:
this Committee's main goal is to compare different legislations
and the various conflicts that arise between countries.
Mr. Roscioni has been appointed adviser and expert for the
Integrated Mediterranean Projects
(PMI) by the EEC in 1987 and since then has been advising
on EEC issues for several companies.
In February 1989 Mr. R. Roscioni participated to seminars
held by Euro Conferences, in London (GB), as "Drafting
International Franchise Contracts", and "Drafting
International License Contracts"; in 1990 to a "Drafting
International Commercial Contracts" seminar, also in
London (GB), by Euro Conferences.
From July 1986 to 1991 Mr. Roscioni has held the position
of Honorary Deputy Judge of the District of the Court
of Appeals of Rome.
Mr. R. Roscioni has been speaker of the First Tech Training
in Technology Tranfers, Milan, 1993; as well as speaker of
the Training Course held by The Regione Liguria, Savona, 1993.
Since December 1993 R. Roscioni has been included on the Roster
of Consultants of the World Bank,
Washington DC.
Mr. Roscioni is included also on the roster, as International
Arbitrator, of the International
Chamber of Commerce Arbitration - 38 Cours Albert 1er,
750008 Paris, France; and Columbia University, City of New
York, USA, Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law.
